Returns & Refunds
If you would like to return an item to Lock Shop Direct, please follow the process listed below:
- If you would like to return an item, you must first read Section 15 of our Terms and Conditions and then email us at returns@lockshopdirect.co.uk to request a customer returns number. Please note it may take 5 working days for you to receive this.
- All Goods must be in same condition as when received and must be within 14 working days of recipient of goods.
- If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with our terms and conditions. please email us and request a customer returns number.
Please note some products are not
subject to our normal above returns procedure and will only be repaired by the manufacturer and not replaced. This will be stated on the product details page so please check before purchase.
Some products are also fitted
with a tamper security seal which if broken renders the item as used and
therefore unable to be returned. This will be stated on the product
details page so please check before purchase.
