This range of restricted egress friction hinges can be converted between 13mm to 17mm stack heights with the packers that come supplied.

These hinges are restricted with a button that allows you to further open the window in the event of an emergency.

They are conveniently packaged in handed pairs with 25mm repair screws.

To determine whether you need a left or right-hand friction stay; the hand you need is the opposite side to where the window is hinged. For example:

When standing inside, if the window is hinged on the left - you need a right-hand friction stay

When standing inside, if the window is hinged on the right - you need a left-hand friction stay.
